- Pau Xifra has a long track record in strategy consulting. He has advised the top executives of some of the biggest organizations in the United Kingdom and Spain and led projects for them on strategy planning, business development, operational excellence and digital transformation. He holds a master’s degree from the London School of Economics and a post-graduate from IESE.
Pau has been in Comexi’s Board since 2018, a global leader of machinery specialized in slitting, coating, lamination and printing processes. In his role as Chief Transformation Officer, Pau is leading the definition and implementation of Comexi’s strategy and vision for 2030. With a clear strategic focus, he works transversally to promote organizational change and facilitate new initiatives that help Comexi clients overcome some of their most stringent challenges such as a more sustainable production, increased productivity or waste reduction.
